Inside there are four large bedrooms with soaring ceilings, one master with jetted tub, walk-in shower and entrance to the back patio, two bedrooms with a shared bathroom (one bedroom has an entrance to the front courtyard) and the last bedroom overlooks the front courtyard. Home has surround sound in all rooms (with volume control in each), including the outdoor patio. Easy hook-up to any phone or tablet.

In order to provide a great guest experience for each of our guests, Holiday Rental has strict requirements that must be met in order to book this home. We must speak with each group prior to booking.

• Signed rental agreement within 48 hrs of booking is required to book this home
• Occupancy is limited to (max occupancy), any additional guest will be charged at $250/person/day
• No Bachelor Parties, Weddings or Other Events
• No loud noise after 9pm. Violation could result in removal without refund.
• Must be 33 year of age to book this home
• A valid Credit Card will be filled at the time of booking for all incidentals
• Cancellation of a reservation will result in a loss of all rents paid. Reservations are Non-Refundable
